A quantitative approach alongside a qualitative one was important in this project. Gathering data from page analytics uprovided us with many insights which we analysed and sorted into opportunities for improvement.

How the partnership evolved

To start with we reviewed their existing website and provided a detailed document with psychology-backed recommendations to take forward into the redesign project with the other agency.

We were then on hand to review and guide feedback to the agency to ensure they kept on track with human-centricity at the heart.

Following 6 months of the new website going live, we provided a heuristics and analytics audit to help guide their next decisions to take forward with AB testing to help them continually improve their website.
